• For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 20 fee applies. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request with an extra cost. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 6 nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning might be provided at extra cost. Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning their kitchen area before departure. If the kitchen area is not left clean, an extra charge will apply. When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
